Overview:
The Fountains at Latrobe Luxury Senior Living has arrived in Latrobe, PA. The Fountains is seeking to hire staff who truly enjoy caring for the elderly and who are multitaskers. If you are responsible. reliable, friendly, fun, and would enjoy working in a goregous, state of the art environment where we cater our resident's individualized needs, we are looking for a Personal Care Assistant for our Morning, Evening, and Night shifts, including weekends. This Position is hiring on a Full-Time and Part Time basis. The Fountains will provide training for new Personal Care Aides.
Responsibilities:
Working with residents, learning their stories, and spending time making sure they feel cared throughout the day/or night.
Providing immobile, recovering, or frail residents with support, company, and comfort.
Dispensing medications, administering treatments, and assisting with exercise routines as prescribed.
Reporting changes in the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of clients to relevant parties.
Providing support with personal hygiene, including bathroom visits, bathing, dressing, and brushing teeth.
Engaging residents in suitable activities, such as playing games, taking walks, or having conversations.
Providing mobility support, including assistance with walking aids and wheelchairs.
Light housekeeping and tiding up.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $14.50 - $18.50 per hour
